Translating Boundaries

With Kristin Masters
Many of us struggle in some ways around boundaries. Some of us have the sense that others “walk all over us”. Others might fearfully set rigid boundaries, or even fall into aggressiveness in trying to protect themselves. This half day workshop will make room for all of us to explore this territory, to translate traditional boundary language into communication that has clarity, compassion and firmness. We’ll use your real life situations to play with intention and language, to discover our own particular ways to share honesty and hold true to our needs.
