NVC for Couples

Calling all NVC students who are in intimate relationships …. Explore and practice the language and energy that invites reciprocal love, connection, understanding, and intimacy. Identify what thoughts and communication habits derail the love train, so you can choose to stay on track. Some didactic presentation, mostly experiential exercises in pairs and small groups. Please pre-pay and register.

Thursdays, May 29-June 19, 7-9pm (4 weeks)
