Are you ready to treat yourself to six days of reconnecting with your joy with all your heart and authenticity?! Leave behind daily demands and immerse yourself in the flow of empathy and honesty. Grow skills and glean insights from working with our awesome team of NVC trainers. Awaken each day to what’s alive – engaging your mind, heart, body and spirit in harvesting the wisdom of your own feelings and needs. We’ll have multiple offerings of topics and trainers for each morning and afternoon sessions; whole group gatherings in the morning and late afternoon; and evening options of fun and related topics as well as whatever emerges from the group input. We welcome new participants as well as those returning for this Santa Cruz tradition. Our two seasoned trainers (with over 25 years of combined NVC experience) will facilitate your learning and co-create with you a rich and connecting experience. Participate in large and small group learning experiences, personal and private sessions, empathy groups, games, journaling, art, and a final evening “Expression Session”. There will be time dedicated for art, music, hiking, walking the labyrinth, naps, meditation, and journaling. So many ways to connect deeply with yourself and others, enveloped in the beauty of the natural surroundings.
