Save the dates! 4 PM Friday February 12 to 1 PM Sunday, February 14, 2016
A group of women arrive at Mt Madonna, happy to spend a weekend engaged in rejuvenation, community building, learning, living, fun and healing at the beautiful Mt. Madonna Center in Watsonville. We’re here to cherish our spirits, nurture our bodies, open our hearts, and share what’s alive in us in a safe and supportive environment.
Calling all women who love NVC, or are new to learning NVC, to join us at this spacious mountain retreat center for our 6th annual weekend of reflection and connection. We envision a restorative and contemplative retreat with writing, art, song, and play woven with NVC for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to start off your year. And yes, it’s “Valentines Weekend” as well, so come to enjoy the heartfelt connections and leave in time on Sunday to continue to celebrate with your Valentines at home.
This is, truly, always a delightful event, with huge satisfaction from all of us. Feel free to plan to bring a sister, mother, daughter, and/or friend for exponential satisfaction. If you want more fun, more honesty and more compassion, bring it on and welcome the new year with an exquisite women’s weekend.
Here’s what you can expect • writing, art, song, play • facilitated practices for integrating compassionate communication at home and at work • support for moving through stuck places • time to cherish your spirit, nurture your body, open your heart and share what’s real • mountain hikes, hot tub, and wholesome, delicious food • time to connect with new and old friends • fun, fun, fun. If you have any questions, please email Deanna Zachary: firstname.lastname@example.org
